MPx220 Sync Failing

IHave a slight problem with active sync.. i can't copy my contacts from the phone to the computer..? anyone have any idea how to do this with active sync? for some reason i can only copy the inbox...

When you originally sync'd with your phone you may of chose to only sync the inbox. Check Activesync/Tools/Options and look at the individual settings for the contacts, calendar, tasks and your inbox.

thank you monkey gadge but i found out the problem... since i bought my phone in hong kong.. the cd that followed with the phone was in chinese.. and since i don't understand chinese.. i downloaded the active sync from microsobut i found out that i only had outlook express.. and that very well won't work.. so i installed outlook 2003.. and everything works! thank you very much for replying!
