5600 Switch from ATT to Cingular

I've searched all over for Cingular settings for the SMT 5600 and was only able to find answers for data connections. I have two questions:

1 -- is there a flash program out there for the voice settings?

2 -- is there a program which would automaticly udate my data connection settings from ATT to Cingular?
