Couple of sp5m questions please

I have a couple of questions, if someone would be kind enough to answer them.

1, Is there a way to make a back up of my contacts list as it took me ages to get it on there and i dont fancy writing that would again.

2, mp3 ringtones, I have my mp3s in storage card/my documents/my music but it wont find these mp3s in the ringtone section, it only finds mp3s in the storage card root, is there a way to get the mp3s as ringtone from other folders on the storage card.

3, is there a way to have the temp internet files and cookies go to a folder on the storage card and not on the main memory?

4, is there a way to have a programme shut down when i leave it rather than having to keep going into task manager?

2. Yes. Just put them in the My Documents folder on the Storage Card, not in a special folder. Same goes for homescreens, you also can put them in the My Documents folder of the Storage Card.
