I think it’s an X-ray of a woman who stole a phone from a shop by hiding it in her front bum. She denied stealing it even when the owners rang the phone, which began to ring inside her.

She was then taken for x-rays to prove beyond doubt that she had stolen the nokia.

i'm pretty sure it's impossible to get that sort of resoluton on an x ray. you can see the screen and buttons, in a real one it would just be a white shape.

Yup, that's been Photoshoped.

It looks like a quick-and-dirty illustration mock-up that a newspaper would do (just in case thier st00pid readers couldn't imagine what a x-ray of a Nokia up the chuff would look like).
