Orange TV - don't go over your limit!

Its not clear whether they would enforce the data limit (£10 buys you 1Gb of access), but its also not clear whether you get a data counter. Once you have used your 1Gb it cost 50p/Mb!!!! Which equates to about 1 minute of TV - god forbid you don't realise and watch a couple of hours over your limit in a month - £60 of charges anyone????
