Hi all,

I have a problem with my M500: 9/10 people say that they can hear themselves echoing when they are talking to me and that it is loud and even hurts thier ears.

Has anyone else experienced this and if so is my phone faulty or what?

This is my second M500 as i have already had it replaced by orange cos of this problem. They were very reluctant however and didnt think it was actually a fault.

I noticed the same thing with the M500 I have just sent back. I'm not bothering with a replacement though, going to wait and see what else they bring out instead.

My other half kept hers and I sometimes hear an echo when calling her - maybe it's the same with all of them?

Have you tried experimenting with the volume at all? I only say that as I don't hear myself all the time, just sometimes.
