Expansys 21 day return policy

Does anyone know with expansys returns policy for a 21 day full money back .Is this from the ship day of the device or order day :??:

Because ive phone that i orderd and on the receipt it says Tax date 31oct and ship date 31st

Am i still able to send this back do you thik and will i get a refund.....As anyone left it to the laat few days to send somthing back?
