No filter in contacts

Hi there,

I have a strange filter problem in the contacts of a Windows 2003 based smartphone. Although I categorized the contacts in Outlook 2002, I cannot use the filter on the smartphone. The only possible selection in the filter is 'no filter'.

Sorry, but what do you mean by OE?

Sorting the catagories in Outlook should be working ok. It's the method I use. Check what your Activesync settings are for transfering files etc.
