Qtek 8310: right soft key change?

Hi there. Eagel here from Denmark

I have just bought a Qtek 8310. A really great mobil, but i have a problem: There is a key to the Contacs, but the right soft key is also a short cut to the Contacts. Is it possible to change the function of the right soft key to a short cut to anything else?

Hope you understand what i mean. ;)

The thread here should help you do it. Let us know if you have any trouble as that tweak was originally tested on WM2003SE rather then the WM5 you have on your new Qtek...

I am not sure what todo. What is it i have to do to make the change? Shall i write something in the menu or in the program, and how do i do that?

Sorry if i sound like a complete fool, but i cant make it work. Is there anyone with a Qtek 8310 that have maked the change? If so, please describe exactly how you did it.

Hmmm. Well you would need to use a registry editor to make the change in the Smartphone's registry. It's pretty advanced stuff so if you don't feel upto it maybe someone can point you towards a cab file that will make the changes for you (a cab file can make changes to your registry just by running it). What function did you want to change the right softkey to?

It would be great if I could make it to a short cut to task manager.
