Removing a "homepage" from the list

Hi all, i installed Battery Pack Pro on my C550 and it didnt work, so i removed it but the name still appears on the homepage screen layout, how do i remove it from the list (its there twice for some reason!)?

Just a guess here; look in \Storage \Application Data \Home and see if the homescreen's xml file is in there.

You should be able to delete it if so.
