gps problem on a M500

i realy need some help plz.

i yesterday bought by orange holland an M500

got TT5 navigator with some maps etc...

bought a gps from adapt (AD-500) 16 channel bleutooth

turned on the BTH on the M500 started the GPS and in TT he cant find a GPS...

so i have a test progran on my pc that i got with the GPS, it works oke, in house i get 3 clear satalites... and on my smartphone nothing...

so for a reason the M500 and the GPS do not connect, does anyone has an solution for my problem?

i tryed in TT5 all comports that are : 2 9 4 5.
