help needed with bluetooth settings

I am trying to do the following instruction for setting up my GPS receiver for TomTom mobile 4, GOTO START AND THEN MORE THEN MORE AGAIN THEN CONFIGURATIONS IN THERE GOT BT SERIALPORT SETUP TICK INBOUND AND OUTBOUND BOXES, I think that this instruction is for the SPV200 will the instruction be the same even though i have a spv c500 running windows mobile 2003 second edition version 4.21? If not where is this setting???? ;) :D
