Any Input Method Editor for Windows Mobile 2003?

I have an idea, want to make a custom input method for my Mio8390.

for example, i have a text file contain the source code of this input method:

67 MicroSoft

46 GoodMorning

42 GoodAfternoon

46 GoodNight

4922 IWillBeBack

35 FreeLunch

.........

---------------------------------

Operation

The key pad of the phone:

67=ms, = MicroSoft

46=gm, = GoodMorning

42=ga, = GoodAfternoon

46=gn, =GoodNight

4922=iwbb, =IWillBeBack

35=fl, =FreeLunch

If I type "67', it output "MicroSoft"

If I type "46", it output both "GoodMorning" and "GoodAfternoon" for me to select.

Any program can achieve this function?
