Guest JPo_23 Posted November 14, 2005 Report Posted November 14, 2005 I've recently accidentally called 999 a few times with my C500 in my pocket, despite keylock being on. Does anyone know of any way of disabling the feature whereby you can dial emergency numbers with the keylock on - perhaps by changing some registry values or something?
Guest JBW Posted November 15, 2005 Report Posted November 15, 2005 Almost every phone from every manufacturer will call emergency numbers through keylock (and without sims. giving simless phones to kids to play with is the one of the primary cause of accidental emergency calls in the US now). This is intentional because in emergency situations the person calling is often not lucid enough to disable keylock quickly. ~JBW
