could anyone help ? need the fax no. for tomtom support so i can inform them my phone has been replaced by orange ( again ) then i can get another device code entered onto my account - how stupid is this system ? i know its to stop people ripping them off but surely a contact number on their web site would be simple enough. So please guys hope someone has the number as am running out of money for new maps !!!!

when you finaly find the thing and send the fax the service is quite quick, but i just wish tt could sort their s@~t out

You contact Tomtom and ask for the new code. They will ask for proof of purchase, etc so have the paperwork ready if needed.

Basically you need your product code, then you can arrange for a new activation code for your maps.
