Downgrading my Rom

Hello there..

I want to install another rom than my SP3 to try something else.. Then i find the newest orange interrestering, the one from the orange page..

But when its installing and the phone starts up after the flash, its still the sp3 rom! How do downgrade the rom or whats wrong ?
