Eten 500

Hi all,

I was hoping someone could help.

I recently bought an Eten 500 PDA/phone and am having major issues with it.

The first seems to be the keylock when not activated - the phone suffers random lockups and require a hard-reset. The second is the performance of the mobile phone. The signal drops out very easily making the inbult phone almost unusable.

Can anyone let me know if they are experiencing either one or both of the issues above please.
