Unwanted e-mail

I have received a spam e-mail on my SMT5600 and it won't delete? Regular delete function from the menu doesn't work. All lese goes away with no problem. How can I get rid of it? Thanks for any help.

Not _quite_ sure what you mean, but normally to delete you need to:

delete the email,

click menu, change folders -> to deleted items,

empty deleted items

do another send/receive

now the offending email should be gone.

Is this any good????

Unfortunately, I cannot get the e-mail to delete from the inbox. I have no idea what to do. It is not hurting anything, but I just want it gone. I even tried to find and delete it while connected to my PC through my activsync, but I can't find the outlook folder to try and delete it. Is that a possible way to get rid of it? Thanks for anything you can offer.

Can you access your email via webmail? If so, deleting the offending item via the web interface is another way to do it.
