XDA Exec. Resetting volume and screen brightness!

I've got a XDA Exec on o2 aka Orange M5000. I've got it set up as corporate so it does install the o2 Active software.

I've got a problem. It seems that everyday the phone changes the settings that I've made like turned off Beam, and screen brightness adjustments for on power and battery, also the ring volume!

It's totally annoying.

Anyone have this problem, or better yet, anyone got a solution to this???
