problems with mpx220

I had my mpx220 given to the moto service people. .....but know what they don know s*** about the phone. The speaker works for 20 secs on startup every morning and then it stops functioning and when i try to transfer files over bluetooth it says that bluetooth device not installed .......:??: ..i don know what the problem is..i tried rom update ..but mine is latest 1.43.....it denied updation...could anyone help me.... :shock: [-o<

Well.. if u can active sync your phone.. so u can backup your files.. i would do a hard reset.. Press and hold the "action" button (the blue one in the middle) when u turn your phone on... This will delete all files on your phone.. so u have to back them up first!!
