issues with FW 4214

Hello,

i updated to this firmware 2 days ago and ive been having some problems:

1) the whole phone just seems a lot SLOWER - takes more time on menus, and loading up the applications (i know its not a memory issue as i clear this down very regularly)

2) when typing an SMS, if i leave it for a minute, it closes the compose and goes back to the home screen - this is awful irritating as it doesnt take it long to do this - any way of changing it or should i try to get hold of another firmware from someplace?

please advise!

I haven't noticed any speed issues but the other problem might be due to Homescreen Timeout in Settings.

Most people would have this set to Never.
