Guest MachB5 Posted November 18, 2005 Report Posted November 18, 2005 (edited) Greetings! I have recent added a "new" Samsung i600 to my world of "geek-fidelity." I know it's not a new phone per-ce, but it's new to me and I'm stoked. I own an Axim x50V, so luckily the learning curve is rather minimal and many of the programs are the same just a "smartphone" version change for me. The only thing this phone doesn't have the ability to use (as many users here have mentioned before) is a BT headset. After researching the SDIO BT idea until my back hurt from sitting in front of the computer for too long, I decided to get the Jabra A210 and BT800. While I know I can't use the Callerd ID, i figured the rest of it should work. I've read of others that have used it, BUT I cannot use it. It pairs up with the A210, the phone switches autmatically to "Headset" Profile, I can make and end recent calls with it, but I get NO ring or "in-call" sound throught the earpiece. It's really rather frustrating. Is there anyone that can tell me whether I am having a unique issue or if it is a standard incompatability issue that I am experiencing resulting in the relegation to a prehistoric wired headset for me and my i600. Thanks in adavance for your help on this and all of the other minor hiccups I have and will have! This board is great! Edited November 18, 2005 by MachB5
