Need Some Info on Rom Update

Hello people

I have an mpx220 which i updated from original Rom 1.36 to the latest 1.49

The thing is that according to others who performed same Update the Phone indicates

OMP Loader V 3.270

Build Time:Mar 31 2005

But mine is still

OMP Loader V 3.220

Build Time : DEC 20 2004

It also reports that i have the 1.49 ROM installed on phone and phone works pretty well except it refuses to perform a "Restart" with the 3Party Restart Application

Any thoughts on what i did wrong ( and what i should now do to fix ) are very much wellcome

when u install a new rom u should hard reset after...
