Guest jem Posted November 19, 2005 Report Posted November 19, 2005 Mt c550 seems to take quite a while to start up but that may be because I'm comparing it to ordinary mobiles as I've never had a smartphone before. How long should it take - mine takes about 1 minute, 15 secs before it's ready to use.

True about reading the sim card - didn't think about that.
Guest davejerome Posted November 21, 2005 Report Posted November 21, 2005 I don't know how long mine takes but my pc can boot up windows 2000 (or XP) quicker. But yeah you are right about the read simcard bit. I hate that on nokias / ericssons when you want to do something quickly and all you get is "Sim Card Not ready"
