Are O2 Bull s--ting me?

I have been having problems with my Xda Exec dropping its bluetooth headset facility, I have tried 3 headsets, the last one is the Sony Ericson HBH 300 the best headset I have ever owned. When visiting the O2 shop at Mansfield, Notts. I asked about this major problem as far as i was concerned, they checked with the technical dept that stated that only 3 headsets are recomended for this phone the Jabra BT200, The Nokia HDW2 and the Sony Ericson HBH65, now forgive me if i am wrong but are most if not all of these headsets now out of production? This phone is supposed to be cutting edge technology. Anybody out there have an Exec and if so what bluetooth do you use? I suspect that they think i am gullable and will go away and not bother them again. guess what?
