Strange files

Hello, there are these files that are sitting on my storage card. I don't know what they are.

I can't seem to delete them, i get a sytem file, no access etc messages. I'll leave them if they're important, but if they're just wasting space.

Any ideas how i can find out what they are for? (all the e... files)
