ok and sorry fr my bad english.....

i did a upgrade to:

orange to qtek after that

qtek to imate

after imate to SP5

BUT DURING THE UPGRADING PROCESOR THE DEVICE WRITE 2% AND pc 4%

I WAIT WAIT AND WAIT BUT DON0T MOVE NOTHING JET AFTER 10 MINUTE

OK. PUT OUT THE UBS CABLE AND....

NOW THE DEVICE IS DEAD PLEASE HALP ME TO MAKE TO ON MY DEVICE ANYBODY KNOW HOW

Oh dear, do you mean you tried to install an SP5 rom update onto your C500? Because if so it may have killed your device. The SP5 rom is for I-Mate SP5 devices only. The C500 has entirely different hardware and each rom is designed for specific hardware.

Have you tried a hard reset?
