Is There a GPS Info/Viewer for Smartphones

Please can Anyone Tell me if there is a GPS Viewer/Info program which tells you were about the Sats are.

I am using TomTom Mobile 5 and I like it a lot. I have Tried Mapopolis which has what I like but the Maps are not very good.
