XDA-EXEC TOMTOM 5

] I have an XDA-EXEC with TOMTOM 5 installed,i've tried every combination possible in the com ports.The tt5 only shows port 7 available but the sat - reciever shows it only accepts ports 4 and 0.Short of sticking pins in my eyes does anyone know where I can send or take it,I live in Bedford so i've got good access to most directions
