C550 and GPS! A Solution please?

Sorry if there are bits about this already on this forum, but what is the cheapest way of getting my C550 up for Sat Nav?

1. What software will work? Is it just Copilot (retailing at about £134)?

2. What is the cheapest Bluetooth GPS receiver? (i.ve seen around £50 on ebay)
