can't uninstall anything

this always happens when i install too many programs. like more than 60 on my mpx200. . . . . . . is there anyway to fix this? i know a hard reset fixes that but i know i install more than 60 programs it comes again. . . . plus is there anyway to uninstall manually? pls help. tks.
