problem of active sync

ı can not sync to my computer with my phone and when ı restart my pc ı can do but if ı close mobile device window ı cant sync again and if you ask me when it began it began after when ı install errorguard maybe this program remove some of important files ı reinstall activesync again and again and ı use motorla mpx 200 please help me
