ActiveSync wont sync Outlook Inbox

Since yesterday when I had all sorts of problems (ActiveSync only allowing Guest and ignoring my Partnership) I've got AS working again... except for my Outlook Inbox

Hard Reset on the phone allowed me to create a new Partnership, but whatever I do it wont let me select Inbox to sync. If I do select it AS just says "Disabled" and ignores it.

So far I have:

Created a new partnership from scratch

Repaired my Outlook installation

"Upgraded" to AS v4.1

It seems that the phone still thinks there is a Partnership which is sync'ing Inbox, but I've told it to only sync with this PC.

Is there some way to remove old partnerships from the phone itself? I think thats where the problem lies

OMG

This has been a complete pain in the arse.

What I eventually had to do was:

Hard Reset,

Setup a partnership with the "vanilla" phone

Restore my Sprite backup without any of the mail databases and gumpf

It worked, finally, but I've spent bloomin' ages on this over the last 2 days. All because I booted my PC with the phone attached. :shock:
