i thought TCPMP could playback full screen 3gp files, but when i try to run them it says it can't decode the audio (they've removed the aac decoder, due to licensing implications)

is there any other software that can play these files...

just looking to play some of the music videos downloaded off coolsmartphone...

Doesn't the pvplayer take care of that? It was supposed to play a variety of formats...

I'm pretty sure the multimedia album can play 3gp files fine and you can zoom in to make it full screen???

I just installed betaplayer 0.96 + aac plugin 0.96 downloaded from this site http://picard.exceed.hu/betaplayer/0.096/

But it still brings the error with the missing codec when i try to play 3gp files.

Old aac plug can work with recent Tcpmp

I used this one:

http://www.rarewares.org/aac.html

BetaPlayer AAC plugin 2005-08-02

AAC input plugin based on FAAD2 for BetaPlayer/The Core Pocket Media Player tested to work on version 0.66

doesn't work either :-/

To actually get the old plugin to work with the new TCPMP I had to install both onto the device instead of the memory card.
