Can't setup Partnership on C550

I can't seem to setup a new partnership for Activesync. I was restoring some files with Sprite when the program said it was making my phone a 'guest' with ActiveSync to restore the backup.

Trouble is, now I can't create a partnership back - I've un-installed Activesync and re-installed it but still can't seem to figure it out!

HELP!

With your phone NOT SYNCED, open active sync and go to

FILE\MOBILE DEVICE

Make sure the bullet is on the name of your previous partnership and then go to delet partnership!!

Reeboot your pc and then try to sync again!

Do you mean active sync on the PC or on the handset? Alos, how do I connect without syncing?

Cheers,

Double click on the Activesync icon in the task bar to open it with the phone not connected. Click on File/Delete Partnership, then close Activesync and connect your phone, you should now be asked to create a new partnershp.
