Guest Raveot Posted November 23, 2005 Report Posted November 23, 2005 (edited) If I would buy a bluetooth adapter, what should I think of? Are there differences in features and transfer speeds etc.? Can I buy the cheapest one I find or is better to with a known brand like D-Link for example? Also, how long does it take to transfer a mp3 with bluetooth? Edited November 23, 2005 by Raveot
Guest hotphil Posted November 23, 2005 Report Posted November 23, 2005 I bought one for under a tenner from mobymemory. It works well - just don't install the software that comes with it, use the basic Windows drivers and follow the guide to BT ActiveSyncing that's somewhere on this forum (sorry haven't got the link but a search should turn it up). Mine works fine for syncing, but file transfer is hit and miss (however I have the same issues using the cable so perhaps your "mileage may vary").
