SP5 with tomtom mobile 5

I have installed and activated tomtom mobile 5 on my sp5

i have bonded the non tomtom BT gps, and created an outbound comport on port 7

but ttm still wont see the gps, it all worked ok on my C500

has anyone got this to work? i have installed the latest update from the tomtom site!

Is serial port checked in the properties of your GPS?

Is COM7 related to the GPS?

I have bonded a few times, with and without serial port checked, i have set port 7 as outbound, and have tried with secure connection checked, and un-checked

as i say it worked ok on my c500

Dont know, it was stolen some time ago..

i think i know someone with one that i can test with

A little more information

I suspect the problem is that the phone is not seeing what services the GPS offers

i suspect this because when you bond the gps a little yellow questionmark sysbol remain next to the device name

the gps is a Polstar PBT-111, i get the same sysbol when i bond with an imate PPC runing wm5 so i guess its a wm5 problem?
