Problem running some applications.....

Trying to run some applications and I'm getting this message.

"Access denied. The program cannot start because it is not digitally signed with a trusted certificate"

I'm quite sure i've unlocked the phone because I it warns me that a unsigned app is being installed and allows me to install.

But when i run some exe's I get that warning above.

Any ideas, or is my phone not properly unlocked?

You need to fully application unlock your phones.

The instructions are pinned at the top of the Tornado section.
