o2 XDA Mini S on contract OR k-jam sim free

Can anyone confirm the full spec for the o2 XDA Mini S please ?

Their website doesn't mention anything about bundled software etc.

I'd like to know if it includes Pocket Office like the T-Mobile version ?

Is the Wifi locked to the slower speed like on the T-Mobile version ?

The "student" deal (but they'll offer that to anyone if u ask nicely) on the XDA Mini is £74.99

Minimum contract 12 months at £19, total price ends up just over £300

The imate K-Jam is averaging about £450, sim free.

Am I missing out on anything by going for the o2 one ?

N.B. I don't intend to use the contract if I get it that way, as I already have a tariff I'm happy with and it's far better/cheaper.

I'm just doing the contract as they won't sell me one SIM free.
