Guest pier33 Posted December 3, 2006 Report Posted December 3, 2006 I to would like some help on this as I get the same thing.
Guest Looby Posted December 3, 2006 Report Posted December 3, 2006 (edited) If you have a good WiFi connection the SP5 will always use this over GPRS by default. If it is choosing GPRS then your Wi-Fi connection either has not been established or is too weak. you do not have to change any settings. The icon on the top will show a full complete circle when you have established a good connection and will drop back to a dashed one if you do not connect to an Internet connection. :) Edited December 3, 2006 by Looby
Guest skanna Posted December 3, 2006 Report Posted December 3, 2006 If you go to settings>connections>menu>advanced , the internet connection setting should be automatic. Only then will the most suitable method of connecting to the internet will be used, ie WiFi if connected, else GPRS, or even passthrough via Activesync.
