MPX200 wont start up everytime

I just updated my MPX200 phone to wm2003 and ever since when i try and turn on my phone it will stall at the hellomoto screen. It normally takes me 4-5 times of powering it on and then taking out the battery to turn it off again to get it running. Does anyone else have this problem with the 2003 update or is there something that i can do to solve this problem. Please let me know I'm clueless.

Do a hard reset,

If that fails then you will have to reflash the phone again.
