C550 skips music when card i have around 500mb.

here's the deal.

I bought a memory card, and now when i have around 500mb of music, the thing keeps skipping.

can it not handle over 400mB of music or something, i mean this phone is being advertised as a music phone and it cant even handle it. :cry:

Orange probably saw the music buttons and thought, lets advertise it as our 'latest music phone'. C550 is probably like any other Smartphone with WMP10, but with the extra buttons.

surely a smartphone can take more than 500mb of music, im wondering if there is a cache anywhere that needs to be changed, or something similar because surely it can cope...

it turns out the phone is at defect, and this is known because i put my memory card in my mates phone and it worked fine, and on my phone it skips.

orange are getting a visit from me. :)
