Cant receive picture msgs?

This is really annoying.

someone sent me a regular picture msg from a standard phone and instead of showing it ot me it said i had to go to the t-mobile website and log in, like it used to do if you didnt have a color phone a couple of years back

anyone know why?

this seems to be a major problem even if i dont receive picture msgs very often.

luckily i could just use GPRS to go to this site but this isn't a time or cost effective solution.

Check you have MMS enabled on your account with Tmob, and check you have all the correct Tmob MMS settings on your device!
