i have a Mpx200 and it acts like it has no signal, but the bars are full, i make a call and after 10-5 seconds it hangs up, looses sound, it's AT&T wireless and i use it for a 1800 mhz gsm, also if i get a call the same problem, after 5 seconds NO sound, i tried wm2003, different versions of wm2002 and still the same, and sometimes when i make a call it rings , but sometimes it gives the NO Network Error

Perhaps one of the pitfalls of (most likely, illegally) messing about with the ROM?

You could try swapping the SIM into another handset and seeing where the fault follows.
