Pocket Quicken Fiasco

First let me say that I like FairDeal. Now on to my story. I purchased Pocket Quicken for PPC via FairDeal. It took a couple of emails to get my registration code--late. First I received a code for Palm OS. I responded to that email and got a new code for PPC. I used that code and it worked. I later received another email telling me to use a third code!?! I did a hard reset the other day and now my PPC code does not work so I am using Pocket Quicken on a 30 day trial. I hope I can get this straightened out before the 30 days is up.

I assume this is all due to sloppy handling by Landware and has nothing to do with MoDaCo, but be prepared if you buy something from them.

Thanks. After a little reading on their Web site I see it states that activation codes are only good for one week. I need to request a new code for a new install. I requested one today--will see what happens. Thanks again for your offer.

Update: They sent me a new activation code, very quickly, and all is well.
