Upload problem

I am sure on that I am not the only person who met with upload problems(spvC500-C550).I can not upload enithing becasuse the "Chose" is not there only the "Upload" button and so I can't choose the adequate file that I want to upload, for example to my web storage or to my e-mail using the "Attach" capability.If someone has some ideas please POST!!!Thanks... :-k
