Problem with streaming video

There is this 1 hr long video that only seems to be available to stream, but its so jerky on my ppc. so i want to download it and watch it off internal memory. can i grab it using my pocketpc or is it possible for me to grab it using my pc and then activesync it to my ppc?

First idea depends on the webpage. Some go to great lengths to stop you downloading it, but a techy person can pretty much always get past these! WMV files are the more difficult ones to capture.

As for downloading on the PC and syncing it, yup, that works. Many folk copy movies over using this technique. Though getting an SD card reader would copy it a lot faster, AS isn't all that speedy.
