What would you ask an Orange "Elite Phone Trainer"

Well tomorrow I have staff training with an elite phone trainer so I am looking for stuff to ask him?

I going to ask him stuff like "how do I sync my Windows Mobile device with my Exchange server?"

IE: How do we stop Orange from forcing Fonix and all sorts of other rubbish down the throat of our phones?

Well I am afraid training started at 10 so I didn't get that question.

and something tells me there isn't an Orange recommended way.
