Change the time (world to am/pm)

Can anyone tell me how to change the time on a homescreen? I want to change from world time (24 hour clock) to am/pm (12 hour clock) on a home screen I downloaded (happy tree friends homescreen).

I'm sorry if this is rude to the creator. I love his/her work, I just need want to make an adjustment.

Assuming that you own some kind of Windows based device, e100/200, c500, c550 try looking under SETTINGS/ MORE / DATE AND TIME

Hi,

Unload the homescreen XML, transfer the file to your PC then open using notepad. Look for something like this...

Notice 'mode=12' ? That is the time format. Edit, transfer back to phone, load the homescreen via Settings > Homescreen > Homescreen layout :)
