smt5600 tcpmp/ pcketdivxencoder

i have a question in regards to my phone. ive had this smt 5600 for a while now and i was able to input my dvd's and moives , shows or whatever with tcpmp but recently my phone freezes when i transfer movies to phone. whats wrong with my phone? ive done a hard reset and still nothing....ive converted other movies through the prgrams but still nothing...any1 have anny suggestions?

Your best bet is to buy a card reader to do the transfers. They cost very little and will make the process much faster.
